• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Pp999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You violate the Terms and Conditions.

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• You submit a voluntary request to close your account.

In the event of account closure, pp999 will review and decide whether to refund any valid balance (if applicable and not subject to forfeiture due to a Terms violation). A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive account balances.
